GM respects the privacy of its consumers and is committed to offering a secure and private means for online transactions. Your trust in our company, products and services is key to our success.

GM will never sell your personal information to any third party.

When you visit a GM site, information on your browsing habits may be collected and stored as anonymous, aggregate data. This information is used internally at GM to measure site activity and to improve the site. Information may include the time and length of your visit, the pages browsed, the site you visited just before and the name of your Internet Service Provider. Some data we collect is used to help expedite the performance of our site, such as a dealer inventory search. In addition, by storing certain data on our server, we improve the efficiency of our site for your future visits. The goal is to save you time and simplify your online experience.

The Dealer Pricing and Contact area within this site is designed for you to communicate with our GM dealer via a secure electronic format. Replies and messages are stored in your personal area. You are asked to provide your name, address and e-mail address and occasionally your telephone number, so that we may follow-up as necessary. We may use some of this information solely for our own marketing purposes but will not share it outside the General Motors company.

Terms and Conditions for Parsons Preferred Owner Card Program

Earn Rewards:

• You earn 3% reward on CUSTOMER PAY Service, Parts, Collision or ProShop purchases at Parsons of Eagle River or Antigo.
• Future service specials and promotions may be offered through the program.
• Shop online at www.gmpreferredowner.com at hundreds of nationwide, well known companies and earn up to 10% rewards.
• Family members of the same address (i.e. parents and children, spouses, etc) may share a loyalty account.  If a customer would like to start a separate account, they can request that.

Reward redemption:

• Reward dollars may be redeemed for Service, Parts, Collision, or ProShop purchases.
• Rewards cannot be redeemed during the visit they are earned.
• To redeem rewards, loyalty redemption will be subtracted before tax.  To redeem points plus awards (amount earned by shopping online at approved business), this amount will be subtracted out of the bottom line (after tax). 
• During redemption, any points earned in the points plus program (from shopping at other vendors), will be redeemed first. 

Other points of interest regarding the preferred owner program:

• Customers can visit the website www.gmpreferredowner.com to check their card balance and shp online using the points plus accounts. 
• The preferred customer card replaces all existing service coupons and promotions (except direct mail specials from GM or E-Mail Specials).  All other coupons are no longer valid.
• Management reserves the right to change the terms or discontinue the program at any time without notice.
• Some exceptions may apply.
• Reward redemptions may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, limit one redeptmion per visit.
• Earned rewards per visit not to exceed $300.00.
